OK, the last time I challenged myself, I met all of my goals. This time around, may be more difficult, but here it goes anyway. I’m going to track my progress both on here and on my fattrailrunner.com blog. I was sitting on my couch tonight, eating pizza and watching the biggest loser. They had some guys on there that had lost 100+ pounds in 13 weeks and whatnot. Of course, I think that if anyone is provided with a cook, a trainer, and has nothing to do but workout for 13 weeks they really have no excuse not to lose weight, but I digress.
Here are some of my goals:
- Spend more time with my kids.
- Increase my income by 50% so I can get caught up with some things and maybe get ahead on some others. This is a tough one, and I think this may be my biggest obstacle.
- Lose 75lbs in the next 15 weeks. This equates to 5 lbs a week, which is very doable.
- Help someone else accomplish one of their own goals.
These are the big goals for the next 15 weeks. All of my other goals cascade from or contribute towards these primary ones. Will I be successful? I dunno, but lets find out shall we? I have until July 8th 2008.
