I’m very happy that Chavez was defeated.  On the one hand, I’m surprised that Chavez didn’t cheat and just make himself the winner.  It may actually just be a ploy that he can use to prove that there is democracy in Venezuela.  Regardless, I think that the opposition movement needs to capitalize on this victory [...]
