OK, since this is not a political blog, I thought I’d put up this caption contest.

The tone for the site was getting a little too serious with all that talk about McCain and Palin and Obama, but not much mention of Biden.  I thought that I needed to insert a funny picture contest for your amusement.

My officemate sent me this picture of one of her girl friends from the Ukraine.
