I’ve started another blog, actually, it’s been going along for some time now but I finally decided to share it on here. I’m calling it my Fat Trail Runner blog.
I’ve started exercising again with the goal of running an ultra at some point this year. That’s right, I said an ultra-marathon at some point this year. If I fail to do one, then I’ll owe brownie another nickel.
I’ve also started swimming, in preparation for the Cap2k swim race that I do every year. I added the little ticker in the side bar to make myself more accountable for my progress in both sports.
I’m also happy to report that despite my half ass exercising this month, I’ve lost a total of 6 lbs. I know it’s nothing earth shattering, but I’m just happy to have seen some progress in that respect.
Time to step it up.
Good job. That is so great that you have set a goal. I have a goal also…it is not an ultra. I will never do one of those. You guys are crazy.

You sit there and call losing six pounds nothing shattering… if I could lose six pounds, I’d be ECSTATIC!! Don’t dismiss it ’cause there’s more to go, celebrate what you have already done!!!
No ultra for me… ick, ick. Maybe I could lose 6 pounds that way though!
